We led with clarity. The animation style was deliberately clean and real-world - no abstract metaphors, no oversimplification - mirroring the practical, everyday nature of the businesses the initiative was designed to help. The script was structured to answer the questions a business owner would naturally ask, in the order they'd ask them, removing every unnecessary layer of regulatory language along the way.
