The Approach
The Approach
Rather than simply repurposing the original short films, we used the podcast format to do what it does best - let people talk at length, without the constraints of a tightly edited video piece. We revisited the original subjects 12 months on, exploring what had changed, what they'd learned and what was next. The tone stayed true to the original series: human, honest and focused on the people whose work often goes unseen.
