We moved away from conventional 'green' brand tropes and instead focused on the people and processes that make First Mile work, turning what could have been an unremarkable subject into something genuinely engaging. The film combined behind-the-scenes access, real team members and a confident, warm tone of voice that positioned First Mile as a company with as much personality as purpose.
