We created a series of recruitment films structured around real employee stories. Rather than leading with corporate prestige, we highlighted the breadth of roles available and the tangible impact employees have on both the bank's success and wider society. Warm, honest storytelling replaced the polished corporate register typically associated with finance recruitment.
